Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services contract. Our cancellation policy ensures a clear and fair process for both parties. Please read the following policy below.
Cancellation by the Client
Notice Period: Clients may cancel their services contract by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. The notice must be sent to Adan@TheSmallBusinessMarketers.com.
Termination Date: The contract will be terminated 30 days after the receipt of the cancellation notice. During this period, all agreed-upon services will continue to be provided.
Outstanding Payments: All outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled in full before the contract is considered officially terminated.
Cancellation by The Small Business Marketers
Notice Period: The Small Business Marketers reserves the right to cancel a services contract by providing the client with a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
Termination Date: The contract will be terminated 30 days after the client receives the cancellation notice. All agreed-upon services will continue to be provided during this period.
Outstanding Payments: The client must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
General Provisions
Return of Property: Upon termination of the contract, both parties agree to return any property, materials, or confidential information belonging to the other party within 10 business days.
Effect of Termination: Termination of the contract does not relieve either party of any obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to the termination date.
Survival: Provisions of the contract that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to confidentiality obligations and payment of outstanding fees.
